Between approximately 10:55 am PT on January 21 and 5:48am PT on January 22, Confection's Redis memory was exhausted, even though we had enough storage. This resulted in approximately 128 failed requests. As a fix, we applied some application-level updates and restarted our Redis server. This seems to have solved the issue, though we'll continue monitoring for the next 24-48 hours.
